Ian was of the first to respond and turn up to my property without delay. Very professional and charming individual. We spoke at length regarding the work required and felt confident that I was dealing with a genuine person. Ian has a broad range of skills and experience. I've hired him for two more jobs which I have left a review on this site. His pricing is competitive hence he is always busy. Very pleased with his work and he leaves the area clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend him especially if you're a first time owner that needs renovating your home. There's more I could say but it's best to see his work.

We had just moved up from Essex & required a new roof on an old converted pub, so I posted the job on my builder as we had used the site before down in Essex and was happy with the results. Thomas came round and examined the roof thoroughly & quoted us on the spot. I had phoned a few places & others did not respond. I felt this was a good response & even better for us he was able to start the job the following week. The crew were very efficient & worked really hard, even came over one weekend in the heavy rain & snow to make sure the roof was water tight for us. Thomas himself was onsite everyday to oversee the job. The age of the building created its own problems but that did not stop Thomas & his team from completing the work to a very high standard& at the agreed price. Everyone in the village has stopped & admired the work & have commented on how it makes such a difference to the building as it had been left to deteriorate. Terry started the job 3 months ago and disappered after taking the all the money and left the job incomplete. Very disappointed that individuals like him are able to promote themselves on mybuilder.com without any thorough background checks. Not fair on my young family to go through this stress. I have requested mybuilder to look into this and report back how tgey validate such individuals, i will also pursue through small claims if necessary.
