These guys did an excellent job on my kitchen/diner. They organised all the input from other guys like electrician & plasterer etc. They made lots of useful suggestions to help with problem solving. They came back promptly to sort all the small issues that are usual at the end of a job like this. I stayed within budget & the end result is fantastic. Have to add that they are great crack as well. Job finished mid November 2024 but after only a few days the floor started to crack and detach from the subfloor. Contacted Warren to have the issue sorted as he gave his 12month guarantee covering the work done. He claimed the fault was mine but, as I suspected the story was very different. I had a professional floor fitter come to appraise the damage and he confirmed it was due to the wrong fitting and wrong underlay that didn't allow any space for the laminate to expand. Which is no wonder: one of the youngest lad in the team was left to do the job on his own without any supervision! I tried to contact Warren many times: he never picked up or answered my messages. A total let down and disappointment. Reliability is not only experience in a job but also to take full responsibility if something goes wrong.
