Excellent service! Very helpful before the installation, answered all questions promptly and very knowledgeable. Installation was done in a couple of hours and they demonstrated how to use and maintain the log burner. The end result looks fantastic and we are very pleased with the results. We've been using it for a couple of months and we've had no issues. We opted to have the Helios 5 compact multifuel installed and it's been working brilliantly Highly recommend the team!

There were lots of things to do to finish my kitchen off. He gave a competitive price, and started the job the next day. His quality of work was very good. Completed my unfinished flooring, installed an extractor fan, put on very tricky sockets (old electrics!), installed integrated bin unit for the new kitchen which was excellent, and few minor bits. He worked very efficiently and professionally, the job was completed in only three days and there was no mess left at the end of each day. Completely stress free experience (when we all know what building work can be like!), he knew what needed to be done and got on with it.
