We were super pleased when we got back and everything was in perfect order and the place was left absolutely clean after what was no doubt quite a messy job. Conversations in the run up to the job via WattsApp also were also easy and efficient.

Latest review:Fireplaces & Flues-Pro build did some work for us in October, to stop leaking chimney, the initial work they did did not stop the leak, they replaced the ridge tiles as I was assured, be Lee, that was what the problem was, the workers who did the work said after that that is not what is causing it but the chimney cap, they then replaced the chimney cap which stopped the leak, so was therefore charged for work that was not necessary. There is now a leak, I believe in the ridge tiles they have done, been trying to get in contact for days now with no reply, think the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on, tried calling, emailing, texting and Facebook messenger, all with no response, in short was charged for work that was not necessary and can't get a hold of them to fix that work they have done

On the day the shuttering was in place and the concrete pour went without a hitch. Price was really affordable as well compared to some we got Would certainly use again for future projects

Latest review:Fireplaces & Flues-Iain (and Jamie) did a great job installing our cassette stove (Stovax Studio 500) and twin wall flue system (Nova). The job was complete within a day and I'm extremely pleased with it. They both went above and beyond battling out to us through the snow to ensure we met our other builders timetable for the rest of the work in our kitchen/dining room. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be using them for servicing too.
