Phone the engineer, booked the job and he confirmed he will be leaving within 10 to 15 minutes after our telephone call. Whilst I was on the phone to him, I did explain that I can make payment to him after the works have been completed and when I finish work in the evening, he which then confirmed everything is and that is good to go. He then sent me a text message shortly after saying I've taken another job on and will be attending later on. This is an emergency leak we have and is not acceptable. Avoid.
