Avoid. Ali is a nice person however he does not work to the standard or even regulations that are required. Shocking plastering and brick work. Have had to spend hundreds on his rectifying his plastering with a rented sander. The brickwork done needs to be repointed due to the mortar used already crumbling away when you touch it - the work is a month old…… Ali is happy to constantly take on more work knowing he does not have the ability to complete to the required standard of the customer and building regulations. Not just money I have had to spend rectifying Ali’s work but also the time! And when renovating a house I do not have the time to be going over work I have PAID people to do! Very disappointing as I say Ali is a nice man but does not have the standard to be working on properties. It is unsafe and non-compliant. Few examples attached - there is a lot more unfortunately

LS Construction completed a big double storey extension project on my house. This required restructuring of the whole of the ground floor which consisted of a modern day open plan kitchen/living/dining area and conversion of the garage into a W/C, utility and kids play room. Work on the second storey consisted of 2 additional bedrooms (including 1 en-suite) and a master bathroom. The project took the best part of 6-7months. Lakh and his team did an excellent job start to finish. He ensured I was kept updated of progress throughout as I wasn’t always able to be on site due to work commitments. He consulted me where he thought necessary and despite some setbacks due to the weather conditions, he completed my project in a timely manner. Lakh and his team are very reliable and trustworthy. Also he was flexible and receptive to any changes I wanted to make on-site. Post- project he is still in touch and happy to come round to fix any minor teething issues (which are expected) as and when required. I selected Mark because of his Carpenter skills, he came May bank holiday and to save more damage to Tiled Canopy he erected wooden support to prevent the canopy collapsing. This gave time for assessment to be done. Mark explained clearly re the work to be done and quoted a very competitive price. Sunny and his team have been working on a big project this included a full loft conversion, creation of 5 onsuite rooms, installing two new staircases, installing all double glazed windows, plastering the entire house, new boiler with 300 ltr tank fully installed professionally. They completed the entire jobs within the agreed time which was around 10 weeks for the entire work.
