Josh and Team provided building services for the remodeling & extension of my house from July 2017 for 7 months. For this work Josh and team's skills included: blockwork walling with a curved wall and archway, cement rendering & internal skim and parge coating with trims, GRP roofing work including trims & rainwater, internal studwork, structural timber and erecting a steelwork, roof and wall cladding in board and cedar, installing doors and windows, digging out and casting new slabs and footings with rebar, pinning & propping walls and careful demolition, installing below ground drains & manholes and laying pavers. As an architect I am used to working with and instructing builders so I managed the other trades and had separate carpenters/ joiners & M & E trades. I really enjoyed working with JB and team on this project. JB worked to an hourly rate which included their plant and some fixings with both JB and I procuring building materials & organizing the scaffolding & waste & recycling. I found JB and his team to be honest, courteous, good with time and charging, hardworking and they had a positive go-to and hands on attitude even in bad weather. The end product is fantastic so thank you Josh and Team.

An honest review. I posted the job on this site and got a reply through the site on the messages. The reply from Rob at Lodgico was within 30 mins. Really impressed. We had a call and he gave me a quote for the job and then as I was local also sent and engineer to double check the quote. Within a week I had job underway. The engineer on site was really professional. Really happy with the work. After, the Invoice was much larger than I expected nearly 50% more but I messaged Rob and there had been a billing error. This was all sorted within same day of issuing the invoice. Again I would say I am really happy with the instant and constant feedback to questions. The work and then Rob dealt with my queries really efficiently. I would recommend Lodgico to anyone.

Matt responded my job post promptly and called me the same evening to arrange to come and view the work. He arrived this morning on time and was very polite and courteous. We talked through what I wanted doing and agreed a price. As he had travelled over 20 miles, rather than making a second trip he agreed to complete the work at the time of the first visit as had all the required tools and was happy to go and collect the materials for me, this suited me as the work needed to be completed this week before carpets are fitted. He was very tidy in his work, kept me up to speed all the way through and left the house as he found it. Would happily have him back for any future, and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Phill came when he said he would. At my request, he looked at the state of our other plumbing. He repaired the flush, so that the toilet is now working. He worked neatly, he explained what was needed and showed me the parts that were worn out. We will definitely be having him work for us again. He was pleasant and polite, and did a very good job.

Ian Owen was a godsend. Having had a fair few hiccups (some still ongoing) with the installers of our boiler, he came to our rescue. He came round initially to see the problems for himself, assessed them quickly and set a date to do the work - a magnetic cleanse on the heating system. We asked about another couple of jobs which needed doing - replacing our kitchen taps and a garden tap. He did all of it with real efficiency, explaining everything to us - a great guy - very friendly and personable. We were told costs beforehand - very reasonable for the amount of work done. I have no hesitation in recommending him!
