Superb job re-building two stone barn walls from large piles of local stone previously dismantled. Beautiful rustic finish totally in keeping with the building/surroundings. Excellent communication about timings, deliveries, costs etc. and very punctual meeting commitments. Impeccably tidy compared with other tradesman involved in the same project. I would happily consult Duncan and Dan again for any building work and look forward to the opportunity.

I highly recommend Harry. He stepped in on our house build when our previous bricklayer let us down. His workmanship, time keeping and professionalism were always exemplary. More over it is really important to have someone that fits in well with the rest of the team and Harry immediately did this. He and his colleague Harley immediately became a strong part of our team whilst being good fun and communicative. The brickwork is now complete but we genuinely going to miss them on site. Thank you Harry and Harley, great job!

Josh and Team provided building services for the remodeling & extension of my house from July 2017 for 7 months. For this work Josh and team's skills included: blockwork walling with a curved wall and archway, cement rendering & internal skim and parge coating with trims, GRP roofing work including trims & rainwater, internal studwork, structural timber and erecting a steelwork, roof and wall cladding in board and cedar, installing doors and windows, digging out and casting new slabs and footings with rebar, pinning & propping walls and careful demolition, installing below ground drains & manholes and laying pavers. As an architect I am used to working with and instructing builders so I managed the other trades and had separate carpenters/ joiners & M & E trades. I really enjoyed working with JB and team on this project. JB worked to an hourly rate which included their plant and some fixings with both JB and I procuring building materials & organizing the scaffolding & waste & recycling. I found JB and his team to be honest, courteous, good with time and charging, hardworking and they had a positive go-to and hands on attitude even in bad weather. Get in touchHi my name is Nick Howard the owner of NJN developments, I run a small business with 3 employees covering all aspects of building. I started of completing a craft mason apprenticeship then went on to learn more about management and regulations in the building trade. I was employed by a local company for 16 years and went on to run my own company. All our jobs are completed by my employees giving me more control over quality of work and durations of jobs, we don't use outside trades who I know nothing about and don't know there standard of work. I have 2 sub contractors only and they are my electrician and plumber who I have now used for 4 years. I enjoy my work and satisfaction of giving my clients a quality job and as least stress to them as possible as building work on your home can be stressful so I always have that in mind. I take on all aspects of building extensions,new builds,renovations and small works jobs ie garden refurbishments, driveways and resin bound drive surfaces.
