Asad was asked to replace a radiator that was leaking, he this to a high professional standard. As he was working he was telling me what he was doing and as the new radiator was shorter than the old one he asked how we wanted it positioned. As there was a problem draining the system due to a blockage in one of the pipes, this took longer in completing the job. when it came to paying for the completed work, Asad did not charge for any any additional work or time, he only charged what he quoted.
