There is no hidden expense as I do all the work including wet plumbing myself and have a gas safe engineer who I arrange to be there on the day for any gas hobs when required. I do full kitchen renovation sevice and have plasterer and electrician who I work with weekly.

We offer all gas services including new install, breakdowns and full heating systems. We also offer gas fire, hobs and cooker services. As well as this we have fully qualified heat pump engineers. Our other side of the business is general plumbing, we carry our all plumbing works including full bespoke bathrooms all the way down to drain unblocking! We also have our own plastering team and tiller. All work carried out by M & R heating and plumbing is fully warranted and is done by direct employees we do not subcontract any of our work out!
No paperwork provided despite asking a few times. After getting paid, Jack has just stopped replying. I can't recommend them as they have been unprofessional, not keeping up with appointments and doing an average job. Craig did a professional and fantastic job of wallpapering our feature wall in our living room. He was a very polite family man and I felt at ease in his presence. He is very knowledgeable and he recommended colours and materials to suit the look we were after. He was very punctual when attending our home. His prices are so reasonable.... He left our living room immaculate and takes pride in his workmanship. We are using him again soon to paint and decorate more rooms. We highly recommend Craig 😊

This is the worst workman I have every hired to do my job for me. His roof work was not neatly done, clearly looked like a job done by an apprentice and not professional. The mistake I made was to pay him his money as I like working with people on trust. After completing the job and getting paid, scaffold is still in the property for a week now, rubbish still in the property. Lesson here is Never use this guy, if you must do, do not pay him anything until the job is completely finished, cleaned up and scaffold removed When I called him to query his work, he was arguing and telling me how busy he was.
