The guys did an amazing job installing the heat pump in what was a complex project. They were kean to explain every step a long the way and worked smoothly with my builder with great communication a rare thing with tradesman. The guys were always there on time as agreed and Dan even staying late to get the job done on time, explaining the answers to my questions and making up for my lack of understanding of the tech. . Rob responded very quickly to our request and after his visit came back with a competitive quote. He recognised that the job was urgent and fitted us in within two days. The team were excellent in every respect and were able to resolve a couple of difficult problems without fuss. We were very impressed with the workmanship and the manner it was carried out . Paul came and fitted us a new boiler, radiators and thermostat in our house in 2018, he did the job over a couple of days and we are very happy. We use Paul to do our boiler service now. Our boiler is still going strong, never had an issue unlike our old one that used to cause a lot of stress once we needed the radiators on because you didn't know if it was going to break! Radiator fitted fine, it was a large heavy vertical type. Problem came with the pipe work which I noticed after plumber had left. Pipes were at terrible angles and very visible. I contacted him and he stated that's the best I could do!! I will have to get another plumber in to complete the job.
