From the start, Fred was always very helpful: he explained to me different components of the system, and made recommendations to me on what system to get based on our family's needs. When he started the job, everything was done really quickly, of high quality, and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Fred.

Highly recommended! Arrived on time, very pleasant and efficient. Explained, in detail, what our problem was and how he would fix it. Went the extra mile to get the system working and cleaned rather than replace an existing part and gave good advice for any future problems. Stayed to make sure all was working properly and explained fully what he had done.
