Lots of contact prior to starting and got off to a good start but then things started to slip. We had 7:30 starts, 8:30, 12:00 and never a full day. Sometimes they arrived and sometimes they didn't. The quality of the work was acceptable but the finish was not exceptional - new work surface wasn't seal, that was up to us, broken light fitting, dodgy grouting and a replacement door was hung but now needs to be rehung as it needed building up at the base not the top. The job wasn't completed, we didn't go through snagging together and 'see you tomorrow' never happened. I will have to get another contractor to finish the work and this will be more difficult as it's just bits and pieces. I was disappointed and would not recommend mainly because of reliability, quality of finish and over reliance on client to manage problems. Lastly, he isn't local so I don't know why he quoted for the job, but he lives over 40 miles from our house - so traffic was often a problem.
Job was started on time, it was held up a little by the biblical weather we had, but Martin and the team kept me in the loop at all times. Good communication and exactly the result we were looking for. We will be looking to use again going forward 👍

Sam is great to deal with; excellent communication & he went above & beyond (for example fixing our fence & gate whilst working on the job). The work was finished in a shorter timeframe than originally estimated. Highly recommended!

Latest review:Conversions - General-Highly recommendable! Competitive price, great result, and good communication from Ryan throughout was much appreciated! We undertook a full down stairs renovation which included garage conversion, installation of bedroom and en-suite, installation of kitchen, painting and decorating, and flooring throughout. Due to the scale of the work and having a young baby, we moved out of the property while the work was progressing. Ryan kept us up to date on progress, and kept us on track to move back in in a timely manner. In future we intend to do more work to our home (extension and new bathrooms upstairs), and will definitely be using Ryan and team again.
