We are extremely pleased with his work and also that he was so reliable. We booked the dates with him and he turned up as stated and completed the job extremely quickly and efficiently. Rating: 1 out of 5 151 reviewI would like to bring to your attention the unfortunate situation I have had to face with the carpenter. After inspecting the job on-site, we agreed on a price of £1500 to complete four pocket doors with door furniture, install a timber box lined with insulation around the bioethanol fireplace/TV doors, create small cupboards to box on the manifold and the electric meter, and one large cupboard under the stairs. However, the carpenter failed to deliver on his promises and demanded the full amount, changing the quote from a project quote to a per day quote (mind you, he and another guy worked for 2 days). Despite my trust in his abilities, he only completed three pocket doors without any door furniture and installed the timber around the bioethanol fireplace/TV doors. The cupboards created to box on the manifold is too closed in, making it impossible to service the manifold. The carpenter also failed to deliver the large cupboard under the stairs, citing a lack of time, which he “leveraged” to help his colleague install the remaining pocket doors, which never happened. As a result, I had to pay extra to install the other pocket doors (which was done in 20mins by another carpenter), door furnitures, and now, redo the manifold box. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of professionalism displayed by the carpenter. I hate writing negative reviews for small businesses but I hope this serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering hiring him.

Latest review:Joinery & Cabinet Making-Balint has done a fantastic job replacing our sliding wardrobe doors to some amazing custom shaker style doors. We also extended the project to include spraying some other doors and adding some shelving to 2 storage cupboards. Everything turned out exactly how we imagined and we are so happy with the quality of work. Balint was super friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-Ryan has been outstanding from start to finish. He has answered every call and been punctual with his appointments. He followed up quickly with a quote and booked in the date for the work to be be completed. He installed showers in the ensuite and family bathroom whilst laying new floor and installing new tiles throughout. The perk was to a very high standard. With some minor snagging once again he answered these calls promptly completing the work without me having to chase him. A refreshing experience from someone who was organised and motivated to deliver a job to a high spec. Highly recommended and I will use him again. Matt August 2021

Most work undertaken to include general carpentry, decking, shed building, shelving, flooring, door hanging e.t.c. I don't undertake, fitting staircases due to being a sole trader, nor do I fit kitchens.
Latest review:Joinery & Cabinet Making-Didnt go well at all! In a nutshell - the TV didnt fit in the recess space as it was too small and not deep enough - speaker didnt really fit in the space as per the above - architraves badly fitted and large space at the bottom. Nails showing at sides - wrong door fitted Chris was quite adamant none of it was his fault, and was mine and the plasterers - apparently i asked for the space to be flush and the plasterer put the plaster on too thick!! Chris did try and cut back the plaster to make it fit, but just ended up messing it up, and it still didnt fit, and wouldnt have done as the space was way too small. I ended up getting in someone else to re do it and fit new architraves and door.
