He also demonstrated in our discussions that he had considerable experience and knowledge. Calum arrived on time on the day and carried out the necessary work, explaining what he was doing as he proceeded. He had difficulty with the removal of the old thermostat but he overcame this and replaced one of the pipe connectors. He also repositioned the new thermostat in the airing cupboard so that it would be easier to replace if and when necessary in the future.
