What an excellent job Ryan and his dad did, they arrived promptly and instead of replacing the toilet the analysed the issues we have been having and instead of replacing the toilet as we had been recommended by some, they fixed it in 20 minutes, saving us the cost of replacing the whole system, they were both courteous and friendly. The price for the Willis external thermostat quoted by Colum proved to be the most competitive. My initial telephone discussions convinced me that he was not going to cut any corners and that the price quoted would be honoured. He also demonstrated in our discussions that he had considerable experience and knowledge. Calum arrived on time on the day and carried out the necessary work, explaining what he was doing as he proceeded. He had difficulty with the removal of the old thermostat but he overcame this and replaced one of the pipe connectors. He also repositioned the new thermostat in the airing cupboard so that it would be easier to replace if and when necessary in the future. On the basis of this job, we would have no hesitation in the future in using his services in the future. Martin Causer
