The team were excellent in every respect and were able to resolve a couple of difficult problems without fuss. We were very impressed with the workmanship and the manner it was carried out . Nasa turned up when he said he would, and got cracked on. He had to do some remedial work first for future safety, an added cost but was aware this could happen. He was very pleasant and patient with my elderly mother. I would recomend his services to anyone, and finally he cleaned up completely. Very happy with the work, worth every penny

So happy to have found Steve!! Having been messed around by other plumbers i was a little wary but needed someone to get the hot water back on asap! It was such a relief to come across Steve on here. He didn't charge an extortionate price, he called me via Whatsapp to show me what was wrong and explain what/why certain parts needed fixing, he guided me with which parts to buy and where to find them and sent me links to webpages to buy them, he explained in detail the workings of the tank....which no one else did/or didn't know the specific workings of this make of tank, he made sure my tenants had hot water and were confident that they knew how to use the timer on the tank. I will definitely be using Steve anytime I have a plumbing issue, he turned up really quickly, explained why he needed to do certain things, which repairs needed fixing asap and which were not as much of an issue....basically, everything you might worry about when getting a plumber or tradesman out, Steve didn't do! If you want the job to be done thoroughly, efficiently and with care then Steve is your guy! p.s he also didn't add on a surprise charge for parts. Only charged for his time!
