Being a recent first time house buyer he took the time to talk me through his process and give me insight into how things were linked together. All the work looks fantastic and he left things looking spotless afterwards which is unfortunately not something I've always experienced with other work I have had done. James fulfilled every part of the job: kept to budget, kept to time and ousted any potential problems to produce an outstanding service and stunning result. James goes an extra 10 miles with a smile. I hired Joe to replace a couple of radiator valves, but unfortunately the job turned out to be bigger than just that. He communicated with me straight away and quoted for the job again. But he raised more issues after the second quote so the price went up again. He then replaced the valves, however upon finishing the job he’s left 2 holes in the wall as he said that’s not within the quote to fix the wall. Which is a bit of shame. I’d recommend him and he’s responded quickly and did the job, but I’d suggest to agree with the price after seeing the entire job if possible. And be better if also be able to fix the wall if there’s any damage etc.

We had a shower replaced. Darren gave us a detailed quote via email before starting the work, and agreed a date to start the job. All work was done on time and at the agreed price. The shower was fitted to a high standard and all the tiling done too. We live in an old building and no job is ever straightforward but Darren's strength is his ability to solve these problems. He is hardworking, reliable and has had plenty of experience.

We had a single story rear extension and garden renovation in Stoke Gifford Bristol. Right from the start, Rich took care of the planning applications and got the ball rolling. Throughout the work the team were timely and clean- a joy to leave in the house whilst we were out. We are really happy with the finish and quality of the work and could not have asked for more. Michael installed our central heating quickly over a weekend but did a beautiful job. He was really helpful and accommodating throughout and even helped us to remove the radiators after installation to make room for the plasterers to do their job. He's offered to come back too if we struggle to put them back up. Wouldnt hesitate to call him again for any other job.
