Hayden did some fantastic work for us in one of our BTL properties. He serviced the boiler, fitted in two TRV, replaced an old extractor fan in the bathroom, balanced and flushed all the radiators to get rid of the sludge. He was very pleasant, courteous, patient and professional. He provided honest advice. Great job at a great price. Highly recommended and we will definitely be using him again should the need arise. Excellent attentive service, very punctual and thoroughly professional. At least 8 plumbers had visited my house, viewed the shower area in need of renovation, and all of them either failed to return my calls, or simply lost interest when I asked for a quote. From the moment I met Joe he was positive in his suggestions, and layed out the work schedule clearly and consicely. He even called me the day after our initial consultation to ask if I had any luck picking baths, matching tiles etc. These small details don't seem like much, but they give the customer reassurance and a feeling that their custom is valued. Will definitely use Joe again.
