Nikolay MILOSHEV - let’s be clear here. Firstly I take great exception to you making a very very serious allegation about me of racial abuse towards your team and your office ! This is simply not true and a complete lie and you know this! Don’t try and justify your argument by making false allegations. If this is the case please contact the police and report this and I’m more than happy to speak to them. All communications stated clearly what I had asked for. I have attached all screenshots, we discussed the clearing of flowerbeds and you asked for further pictures that I provided, a total of additional 9 pictures + the ones on Mybuilder and you then increased your price. Simply put, your team did not want to carry out the works when they arrived and refused to discuss with me. For me it’s no issue , I simply instructed another team rather than further cost discussions with you, my advice to anyone wanting to hire Two Lions 11, make sure you detail your job as they will try and upsell.

I really didn’t want to be writing negative feedback but here we are. Phil didn’t turn up to do the job. Didn’t give straight answers about when he was going to try and turn up. He has messed us around with this. And now we have a huge unit sitting in the kitchen and no joiner to fit. How disappointing. Just be honest with people if you can’t do a job. Then we all know where we stand.
