They left the underlay and the joist is not lifted up and the laminate floor border is now missing. They must lift the joist that cracked the ceiling and planting it again but I paid them in full so I’m awaiting them to return to do the work. I paid them as I trusted their words so I’ll update my builder if they don’t lift the joist that dropped as it’s still the same issue. They didn’t come back and they left underlay out so much of it now it’s all uneven and it’s gonna crack Do Not not hire them at all. They’re not coming back and they’re not refunding me. They are horrible people.

William did an excellent job It was quite a challenging task and several other joiners said it was too difficult to undertake. It is a 20 year old, bespoke two storey hardwood bay with laminated glass. The main vertical columns and the cills had rotted so the task was to replace the rotten sections with new. If this wasn't challenging enough, there was the matter of the glazing which I was expecting would blow. William and his colleague Chris turned up on a day when the rain didn't stop so it was far from ideal working environment. They very carefully removed the glass, replaced the sections and the glass and stained it to match existing. I think this needed both skill and care and am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend them both.
