Where to start. First of all right from the off Gary was excellent, explaining in easy to understand language what work would be entailed. Had all house gutters replaced, facias and soffits. What a difference to the house. Also roof got repaired at the same time so really happy with the work. I’ve thought long and hard over writing this review first off nick us very hard working polite and friendly but unfortunately the reviews are about the work carried out Nick laid 3 bedrooms and a bathroom the flooring supplied washing good quality he also put in new skirting boards in bedrooms and lounge Nick finished and on first glances it looked great and I paid him However when I went to put the bathroom items back I noticed 3 cracked tiles in a bathroom done 6 months ago I advised nick straight away he said he didn’t notice and I sent him pictures needs to get a tiler and plumber in to repair the cracked tiles as radiator and toilet needed to come off all the floor joints in the bathroom were coming apart and also one in my bedroom nick said he would return to repair the floor and finish skirting on landing he didn’t return as cancelled the appointment refunded £398 tiles brought to attention 30 mins after leaving job only asked for refund as refused to return

David is as unrealisable as the British weather. Took my Job since the 16th of January and asked for 2 months to complete ongoing work. Carried on taking other jobs with better pay and kept postponing again and again and have postponed yet again until July and he’s not even sure. I’m not sure while he is in the trade or takes a job but readily dumps it and postpone endlessly when he gets a better gig elsewhere. That is highly irresponsible for a grown man and he brings disgrace to the profession and other hard working people that we had to decline when we chose him. He rushed to the property took measurements and gave a quote which we accepted since January and then never shows up. Dave is highly unreliable and his promises are hollow and he always fails
