Mark built a beauty room for my wife in our garden. He was very personable and professional and knowledgeable. From his first visit until his final day he worked hard, was very efficient and got the job done fast and to a high standard. Mark is a laid back character and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately, cant give feedback on Marti, planned the job some time ago and Marti was very responsive. Checked in with Marti 2 days before the job to see if he's still good for it, didn't hear so chased the following day, said he was good to go and apologied for late reply. Morning of job, 10 mins after agreed start time received a message that his car was broken down on the A12, asked a couple hours later progress and Marti asked to reschedule for the following weekend, so credit to him. Just disappointed that we had this scheduled for a long time, reliability is important to me and sadly Marti was let down by his car which isn't ideal for all of us here.

As a professional his rates were reasonable, the work was done to a very high standard and also quick. It is rare to get a good price, speed and good workmanship but this was my experience. MJS Property Maintenance recently carried out full refurbishment works to our downstairs toilet and main bathroom (including internal wall alterations to the adjacent bedroom). Despite a number of unforeseen and unavoidable issues which arose during the course of the work, Matthew successfully overcame these and ensured that he communicated with us fully at all times. We also asked for a few additional items of maintenance work to be carried out to our en-suite bathroom and kitchen and these were happily incorporated at a very fair and reasonable cost. We are very happy with the quality of the work which has been carried out and would definitely use MJS Property Maintenance in the future.
