Windsor flooring just completed at difficult job at my property in which they had to get rid of multiple layers of old tiles and had to screed the floor double the usual amount as the ground floor was all very uneven. They didn’t even charge me for the extra materials they needed as their promise was to ensure the best quality and they delivered just that. They were super punctual every morning and very fast paced. Honestly just a lovely bunch of very hard working men. They left our property in immaculate condition, hoovered, mopped , designed all the furniture layout and even cut the doors to fit.They gave us a quote which was very reasonable compared to others on the market so we are super chuffed. I genuinely will always now be reaching out to them for flooring jobs and recommend them to all my friends and family. They also fitted carpet for us in a bedroom and hallway and we are just waiting on our stair runner to be ready for it to be fitted. Thank you so much Sam and the team.

I was apprehensive in hiring Vitalii due to no reviews, but I went with my gut and boy he didn’t disappoint. I hired Vitalii to fix a new toilet, extractor fan, mixer tap and bath screen. We hired Dragos last October to install 50m2 of laminate herringbone. After completing we noticed floor squeaks in many areas. We pointed this out, D told us it is “normal” and floor would settle over time – which it hasn’t. D laid floor in 2 days and was paid. 5m2 were left unfinished as we ran out of panels. We had to order more. Once the panels arrived we contacted D but he said he couldn’t come because he had taken another job and he will contact us asap. It was our fault so we were ok with that and waited. This repeated for the following weeks and communication was poor. We could not wait longer. My husband has decided he will try to finish remaining area himself. After he had finished, D contacted us but job was already done. Area made bymyhusband does not squeak unlike part installed by D. This strongly suggest squeaking is due to D installation method. I sent D three messages asking him to inspect the problem. He ignored every single one. We are now considering legal action.

Excellent. Ryan is a very polite chap who responded quickly to my request for a floor layer. He offered to come and agree what was needed but this turned out not necessary. On the day agreed he turned up exactly on time, discussed and agreed with me what was to be done and then without fuss got on with a first class job. At the end he cleaned up, piling the left over ‘planks’ neatly for me. He also adjusted a door threshold without asking for any more money. Would I use him again? Yes certainly. He is already being lined up by me for my next job. Well done Ryan and thank you.

I placed an add in mybuilder.com to have my house fully insulated and received many replies including one from Sergiu. After meeting him I felt he was the best placed person to carry out the work as he was the most knowledgeable and seemed to know all about the various types of insulation and which one I needed for my home. He fully explained the procedure from start to finish was always on time and tidied up at the end of each day.His work is second to none and the price was very very competitive in fact much less then the big companies were asking.I am extremely happy with the job and the standard of finish. Sergiu is very police professional and trustworthy and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone on here to carry out work in your home.
