I recently had two built-in wardrobes installed and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. While I paid the deposit as invoiced, it was already a struggle to get the installation scheduled and completed. Once the job was finished, I paid the remaining balance in full. However, within just a few days, issues began to appear. One of the internal drawers does not function properly, there are visible gaps between the wardrobe and the wall, and the silicone applied has already come apart. Additionally, the wardrobe doors are not aligned when closed, the mirrored doors stick out noticeably compared to the others, which affects both the appearance and finish. It has now been three weeks since I raised these concerns, and I’ve been told there is no availability to return and fix the problems. This is particularly frustrating given that the work has been fully paid for. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of aftercare.

When it comes to travelling I am very easy going as I know how hard it can be to find someone to do a job at a very high standard. I believe I am very good at my trade and will complete tasks to each customer’s expectations. I specialise in carpets and vinyl more than anything else. Laminate and LVT are on the list of many things I can complete but due to the time scale I can’t always fit these sort of jobs in my diary without plenty of notice.

Phil fitted three doors for us. He was really friendly and professional from initial contact to completing the job (with lockdown in between). He advised us about getting the right type of door, which wasn't easy as our house is an old barn conversion and the doors needed a lot of adjusting. He always answered our email queries quickly. Phil was punctual and flexible when it looked like he might have to return later than expected due to some parts not turning up. He also tidied up all the mess! Our doors look amazing and have transformed our house. We would definitely recommend him and we're already trying to find a date for him to come and fit the doors upstairs.

I highly recommend Jack because of the fantastic work he did in converting our garage. He arrived on time every day and kept us fully informed at every stage of the build. The quality of Jacks work was excellent and the building inspector was highly complimentary saying "I wish all jobs were to this standard!". Nothing was too much trouble as Jack accommodated all the changes we requested during the build. I wish all builders were as diligent and good as Jack. My wife and I are extremely happy with the build. I'd give 6 Stars if possible.
