He advised me on choices to replace my old shower and checked if it was in stock locally. He fixed the flush and fitted the new shower and cleaned up afterwards. We agreed on a date for him to return and replace the cracked sink and advised me on the size and choices of replacement units to consider when purchasing. Nothing negative to say.
