Ryan was great ; he arrived on time and was pleasant throughout , he did a good job , timely and efficient and the cheapest quote I had so very happy I decided to choose him . Did what I asked him to do , put two units together and drilled some holes round window seals and put screws in so I can put nets up . Would recommend and use again for similar work , Thank you Ryan .

Job= remove all paint to bare wood on my pent shed 8' x 6'-it was not as straight forward as it oringanlly seemed-shed had been varnished and 2-3 years' later had been painted over. Luke did a brilliant job removing all the paint and varnish down to bare wood which took much longer than originally planned. He painted the shed with 2 coats of Cupronal- Garden Shades-the shed looks nearly new- thanks to Luke's hard work. I was completly satisfied with his work, he was meticulous- tidy and courteous- arrived each visit on time and always advised by text as and when needed.

WASTE OF TIME! AVOID! (see timeline of event below). 30th January: Gave me a quote to change hallway laminate to new one & I agreed to his proposal and start date (8th) 8th February: Kian was booked to start the job which he said will take 2 days. HE NEVER TURNED UP & I waited all day at home for him. 9th February: He called and left a voicemail requesting for me to call him as he had an emergency. I called and he initially said he had to had an emergency & then halfway into the call, he said the clutch of his car had a problem and he needed to sort it out. He promised to get it sorted by the 20th and he will start the job to change my floor on the 22nd of February and the change will take 2 days. I decided to give him one more chance and accepted. 22nd of February: He never turned up and he did not call me with an update. Now I have to get someone else to do this job. In summary, don’t waste your time giving Kian your job to do as he is UNRELIABLE, & will waste your time!
