Avoid this plumber if you want an invoice for the work. I hired this plumber to fix a toilet leak, and was initially quoted £80. While here, he replaced a part and fixed a small kitchen leak, but the final bill jumped to £300. I paid via bank transfer after he promised to send an invoice for the parts and work immediately. It has now been two weeks, and despite contacting him 4-5 times, I still have not received the invoice or receipt for the work. Disappointing communication and a lack of transparency regarding pricing and paperwork. Would not recommend.

The whole team were courteous and respectful of the fact it was only a small space. They worked hard turning up on time and completing a full day everyday including bank holidays! I was kept informed all the way through the job and Cody checked in on progress with me when he couldn't be on site. They tidied up after themselves and finished the job in the time allocated. I chose to go with this company and I’m glad I did. My parents house needed new flooring and they’re too elderly to manage a lot of works by themselves. We are still awaiting for the works to be carried out as we wish to paint and decorate the house before putting down flooring. The gentleman was so polite and made sure everything fitted around our needs, he took the time to take measurements and provide a quote.
