Tried to contact him a week before he was due to start as he had requested a particular type of floor leveler which we could not find. He did not respond to texts, phone calls or messages on this site, and we have not heard from him since. Very frustrating and we now have materials piled up in the lounge while we look for someone else to do this job!

I hired Tom at short notice as I needed someone in an emergency as my elderly parents were moving and needed help with furniture assembling, curtain poles hanging etc. I'm so glad we found Tom. He was polite, transparent about costs, punctual, helpful and very competent. He was so kind to my parents, offering to help move things etc. as a family we were so impressed we've since used him to assemble furniture and do odd jobs for several family members.
