I Hired Paul and his team to build a media wall, I showed Paul the designed I wanted. Work then commenced on the Tuesday and I was told it would take four days. However the Thursday which was day 3 Paul had other work booked in which was disappointing because the media wall had to be left until the Friday. The team turned up on the Friday and work commenced and carried on through out the weekend and the team worked really hard to get the media wall done. Kev was not feeling well on the Sunday but he came and plastered the media wall and worked all day although he wasn't feeling his best . The work did take longer than the time frame given but I do have to give credit were due, the media wall looks absolutely stunning and the team have got my design down to a Tee. Friends and family have said how amazing it looks and how it's exactly like my picture and Paul and Kev worked so hard and were so committed to getting everything done properly and they take pride in their work.

Matt appeared to be incredibly professional upon first visit and quoted a reasonable price with a 5 week lead time. Over the next 3 months, other than arranging an inspector to visit to check the work area, I received very little communication from Matt eventually leading to no contact at all. For over 2 1/2 months now Matt has not returned any of my messages, emails, voicemails or phone calls. I am concerned now that this work is no longer taking place but I have no avenue to pursue to confirm this.
