Andrew Newton, the owner of Aran Property Consultants, contacted me right away after I expressed an interest in using his services to draw up plans for a single storey extension. He visited the house the following week and since that time he has been extremely professional with getting the plans drawn quickly for the extension. He has also organised the building regulations aspect in an efficient manner and kept me informed of progress on a regular basis. In addition, and here's the good bit, his fees are very reasonable. He will be the first port of call if the need arises again.

Umayr and William of Northedge Architecture are very professional. They are easy to deal with, come back to you very quickly and have great ideas. After being left disappointed from another architect, Northedge stepped in at short notice and completed our drawings which were shortly after approved by the local council. My only regret is that we did not know about Northedge Architecture in the first place. I would highly recommend both Umayr and William for your project, you will not be disappointed. Diane

We employed DOVE architecture to design a 2 storey extension on our house. They took time to listen to our needs for the build; James spent time going through different options with us and it was clear he had experience of what the end results would be. The 3D drawings really helped us visualise the designs. In the end, we agreed on plans which went through planning permission without any hitches. Building regulations drawings were produced and also construction details. During the build, we could easily contact James to discuss how things were going with respect to the design and help sort any problems with the builder. We were very pleased with the end result and the extension has made our house a fantastic home. We would definitely recommend DOVE architecture.

Not Impressed and felt very let down! Everything started ok, with the drawings being submitted and his fee being slightly reduced if I paid cash but once we were informed that the application was going to be recommended for refusal, a few emails were forwarded from David but he became impossible to contact, so after two weeks of trying I was left to deal with the planning officer myself, which did not go well.
