Fantastic communication throughout, Steve always kept in touch and was very reliable, he turned up when he said he would. He worked very hard and was very committed to finish our floor. He finished it to a very high standard, his craftsmanship is superb. We are very, very happy with our parquet flooring. On the last day he worked 13 hours to ensure he competed the work. We would definitely recommend him and would have him back for future work. Fantastic job Steve!

The workmanship has been excellent throughout, and the new loft space has completely transformed the house while feeling fully integrated with the rest of the property. What really stood out was the communication, reliability and flexibility. As the project progressed, I refined several design decisions before they were finalised, and Dean was always patient, accommodating and willing to discuss options. The project included a number of additional complexities, all of which were handled professionally and pragmatically. I also remained living in the house throughout the build, and the team were consistently respectful, considerate and easy to work with.
