I found RS Landscapes & Groundworks Ltd, which is run by Ryan, on MyBuilder and asked him to provide a quote for replacing my lawn with artificial grass, paving a small patio area, and creating a larger paved area with a gentle slope leading to the existing back door. Ryan visited to assess the project, and from our very first meeting it was clear that he is a polite, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable young man. He offered excellent advice on every aspect of the project and provided a very competitive and reasonable quotation. Ryan and his colleague, Jeff, worked incredibly hard throughout the project despite the extreme heatwave conditions. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and workmanship were outstanding. My wife and I were kept fully informed at every stage of the project, and they were always happy to answer any questions we had.The work was completed to an exceptionally high standard, on time, within budget, and using high-quality materials.

Highline came round to survey the property to ensure we were all aligned of what we wanted to be installed. They took some measurements and photos and went away to get some material prices. Came back within a couple of days with a formal breakdown of costs both material and labour split. We also discussed timeframes and what would work best for us. They removed an old fence, dug out the footings for a new one with concrete bases and posts, and installed a new higher and straight fence boundary. They also dug up our old existing patio/concrete area and re-laid a nice new patio. Took all rubble and excess materials away as requested and left the property in a very good state. They also made a new gate for us to match the existing fencing! Really nice guys, would recommend and if we need anything else doing I'll defiantly be giving them a call.

Excellent finished product by Steve and his team. Weather delayed the job but Steve was very apologetic and made sure the work was completed by the agreed timescale. Had to deal with some poor paving slabs supplied by marshalls (very uneven) but he made it work and very happy with the finished article. Was very helpful as my partner was on crutches at the time and helped her out to the garden to see the final product. Cleaned up appropriately after the job was finished and was very helpful in making desicions before hand in regards to what we wanted and how we could do it. Will more than likely use him and his team again in the future. Great job!
