Darren did a reasonable job with our decking area but completely messed up the polycarbonate roof over the top (which we had paid a lot of money for). He was happy to come back and try sort this out but again did a very poor job, and then I found I couldn’t get hold of him any more. I managed to find out online how to do this job properly had to buy more materials to completely re-do the roof with my father. I cannot praise Rori and the team enough. Tidy, considerate, great workmanship and they call to say when something isn't working and this is how I want to fix it. I was so impressed that I also added loads of extra jobs as we went along and they are priced competitively. We had a goal of being ready for the end of March and the finished the job mid Feb....
