I subsequently had them back to refit some roof vents that were installed incorrectly by another company. Not long after being refitted I noticed issues from what I can see with how some of the vents had been refitted. Steve who seems to be the one in charge eventually sent his boys around after a long period of waiting to have a look unfortunately they didn't even come with a roof ladder so couldn't go onto the roof to rectify the issues that could be seen and investigate further. They insisted that they would have to investigate further internally which I could not allow as I have recently had new loft insulation installed which I'm not prepared to have messed up. I can't see any reason why the vent's weren't installed correctly other than lack of attention to the installation instructions. I was quoted for the vents to be re installed correctly to manufacturers instructions. Extremely professional, friendly and approachable also the communication was great from start to finish.
