Best decision I made hiring Conor for my decking project! I needed decking for my garden that would be safe for my toddlers to play and Conor built a beautiful decking for us with rails and a gate that I can lock. He was also smart and always cleaned up at the end of the day. He sent me details of everything we had discussed and what he was going to do to complete the project and was very kind and patient with my many questions! His colleague also named Conor was very polite as well. My neighbors have all commented on how professional and lovely the new decking looks. It was all done professionally and you can tell Conor enjoys what he does. His prices are very fair and worth it. Will definitely be hiring Conor for future projects! I give Conor and his colleagues 5 stars for their work, communication and professionalism. Very pleased with our decking. Thank you guys and all the best for the future!

Steve did an excellent job of installing a concrete base approx 5m x 3m in my garden to support a log cabin that is due to be installed. Excellent value for money, very friendly and super tidy. He couldn't do enough to help including moving a tree to another position in the garden for us. The whole job was conducted quickly and efficiently from start to finish.

They did not come at the designated time, and did not correctly contact me to rearrange plans. I missed an important meeting waiting for their service because nobody was answering the phone. I was also upsold and they suggested for me to pay for a service which was 3x more expensive than it was supposed to be. I asked to be compensated with time but to which they agreed to but when I went to check, they had already gone early. Overall not the greatest experience, and felt a bit swindled but the basic mowing of the lawn and cutting of weeds was done so there is that.

Overall I am pleased with how the fence looks, the materials look good. Although Mr Little visited the property to give a quote for the works he decided the quote was too low & needed to add a sum of almost £700 extra. This shows unprofessionalism. The work ethic was some of the most bizarre I have ever seen, over 4 days the gentleman from LO Property arrived at different times, getting later throughout the week.They stood around looking at their mobiles much more than I would have liked. The 1st day only 3 concrete posts were removed, I understand much cannot be done on the first day due to deliveries and such but there were 2 of them. There was plenty of work to be getting on with, it felt very unorganised. The 2nd day, half of the concrete post fence was put up, that is much more like the level of work I would come to expect, however this did not last long as on the 3rd day it was yet another doss day. The final day was a complete rush, the job was finished but it was obvious it was rushed. A lot of rubbish was left; a few small tools were left. I wanted to mention the 2 gentlemen that did most of the labour were very polite and professional. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Mr Little, I was not kept updated with the works and the plan of action of each day. He avoided eye contact with me when I did talk with him, when I saw him in the garden mostly he was on his mobile. I just got the feeling he didn't need this job & didn’t want to do it.
