I'm so glad I chose LEP Construction. I had been worried about finding a reliable trustworthy company to build my extension - a big project that has made my home work better for me. Lou was easy to work with, minimised disruption during the building works and discussed any aspects which needed changing or were not fully detailed on the architects plans. Chris & team were great - they cleared out all of the old front/back garden and installed new decking, paving, gravel & brick wall. He also made recommendations for the soakaway/drainage as we are prone to flooding. The team were all very punctual, polite, cleaned up once they were all done. He was able to fit the job in earlier than expected & they also came back after the job was done to make sure all the work was completed properly. Thank you! I would definitely recommend Chris

Steve and Martyn did a highly professional job of removing our chimney and very large brick fireplace, replacing it with a bespoke feature wall. Steve’s communication prior to works commencing was timely and responsive. They arrived each day promptly and kept us involved throughout the demolition and construction phases, ensuring they met our requirements at each stage. They worked safely, with appropriate PPE, were easy to talk to and adaptable to changes as minor issues arose. They kept the site reasonably clean during the works and did a good job of cleaning up at the end. Stan came to build a deck as well as doing area prep while I undertook my own side project of clearing the front garden. Really happy with Stan's work and approach to the whole job. Not only did Stan do an excellent job on the whole back garden, but he was always happy to give me advice when I needed it on what I was doing in the front garden saving me a lot of researching and time! We love our new back garden and Stan's attention to detail is excellent, we've gone from a knackered back garden to a lovely spacious, bright area perfect for entertaining all thanks to Stan. Will definitely be recommending him to family and friends, and using him for other pieces of work that we need doing.
