Jon and his son did an excellent job on replacing our decking. They were friendly and honest and consulted with us through every stage of the process. We changed our minds about an aspect of the decking and Jon accommodated this request without any fuss. The attention to detail is great and worth the money, as I know that the decking has been built to an incredibly high standard and looks amazing. Was working from home throughout the job, with minimal disruption. I chose Jamie for my foundation job because after he came to quote you could tell he was experienced and very knowledgable in this work . Harry delayed my job for a week due to injury - I was happy to wait. The week before he was due to turn up I contacted him to confirm arrangements. I also double checked the day before and we agreed a start time. Come the day he didn't turn up and didn't respond to my 3 calls or any of my 3 texts. 4 days on I've not heard from him and have now found someone more reliable.
