Just had new bathroom installed, new consumer units,new soil stack! Can't fault the work Jason and his team have done! From start to finish Jason keeps you totally informed! Had a few hidden issues with joists/floorboards and electrics but sorted by the team with no problem at all!will go the extra mile for you to make sure your satisfied! Turn up on time, clean workers,tidy up end of day,just make sure you have plenty of teabags! Would recommend Jason and the crew and would definitely use them in again in the future! Thanks again for work done!

The price which we agreed to and confirmed in writing PRIOR to the job was not stuck to by this tradesman !, due to the fact that he arrived on site after 10.45 am on the Friday instead of 8am and went home at 4 saying he would finish it on the Monday, I was then charged this extra half a day (and even mentioned for his low emission zone charge to be paid which was never agreed! ) This should not have made a difference as it was a JOB price which was agreed initially not per day...be careful ! Secondly there are snagging issues with this job a loose handrail cap and railings as he clearly ran out of glue and wanted to finish as soon as possible. When messaged about this he replied stating he would transfer £3 for some glue !! Secomdly

Toby is an exceptionally honest and reliable carpenter. He installed four fire doors and frames for us, complete with intumescent seals and door closers, and carried out the work to a very high standard. Throughout the project, he kept us fully informed, providing updates and photos at each stage to ensure we were happy with the progress. He also painted the doors and left the entire area clean and tidy once the job was completed. I would confidently recommend Toby to anyone seeking a trustworthy, skilled, and sincere professional for carpentry work. If anyone is thinking of hiring a joiner, we 100% recommend Joe and his services. He is brilliant at what he does and we were thoroughly satisfied with his work. He came to fit us three internal doors, which we already had, and although our door frames were completely out of line, he cut and fitted the doors perfectly. This was the first time we hired Joe and will definitely be using him again in future. He is a lovely polite, efficient man who doesn’t let problems get in the way and completes the job to a very high satisfactory level. Thank you Joe!
