Amazing job completed by Jason, he came around and gave me a quote the followed up on the job a few days after. Brilliant communication from Jason too. Myself and my partner was at work when Jason carried out the work so my dad came round and let Jason in and it wasn't any problem! When I arrived home from work they was no mess, Jason had cleaned up after himself didn't charge anymore than what he quoted either! Amazing, friendly chap and I could not recommend this fella anymore if I tried!

Work wasn't completed. Failed to attend first appointment so rearranged for another day. Accepted the quote and bought required materials etc. Contacted a week before to check the start date and he cancelled as he was starting another job. Poor communication through out. Cannot recommend!

When he left the toilet flushed so we were satisfied paid him £165 for a new cistern replacement but days after we had real issues the cistern that was originally fitted behind the wall was not fitted flat meaning we could not put the wall up, wasn’t flushing when family members used it, he came back looked at it didn’t try to fix it but promised to return the following Saturday once he had done research , never turned up never called. Asked for a refund never replied. Brought a new toilet with a cistern had it fitted by an experienced plumber who was at my house for over three hours cost a lot but at last good job done by an experienced plumber. Pictures added show old cistern he removed two pictures of the cistern he fitted at an angle last picture is out new toilet fitted by an experienced plumber. Nice lad but wouldn’t dare let him loose again in my house hate to leave negative reviews but it’s a must 👎
