I'm not interested in botch jobs, so if you want the absolute cheapest price and don't care about how it's done or if it's to regulations please don't contact me as that incurs a MYBUILDER FEE. Electrical work is certificated through NAPIT. Trust Mark approved and insured. I have many loyal customers who would give me recommendations if required. Try me and see. I offer incentives to recommend your friend that mean the Labour on your job could be free. I treat customers as I would like to be treated giving advice and good service. See my reviews. I charge £35 for the first hour and that is minimum charge. It's then £7.50 for each 15 mins after that.

Michael was excellent in his knowledge, service and expertise. He came out very quickly and assessed the situation and was very hands on in trying to deliver the best cheapest option and service saving me the hassle of trying to locate and source parts for the job. He kept me in the loop whilst parts were on order and was quick to return to finish the job, which was done to an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone after plumbing and bathroom solutions.

I specialise in plastering n boarding. i can travel all over the West Midlands. Can also render!! I always 2 coat plaster and leave the job clean and tidy every day after a shift. But I’m also very good at landscaping. Slabbing,fencing,turfing and just general maintenance of gardens.
