Gave a fair and honest assessment of work needed and good quote. Happy to hire him and he is very good to communicate times, dates, etc so I am sure that he will do an excellent job. Often when u meet someone you get a first impression and ours was very very positive and warm, this is an honest guy, a good guy, that's what most people want, especially older folks like us. Latest review:Carpentry-Discussed job over the phone and agreed a date for the job to be done. Joel took days to respond to texts and messages left. Cancelled the day before the job was due to be done after he said he was ill. Am waiting to rearrange another date for the job to be completed. Still waiting nearly 2 weeks later and had to use another company as we could not wait any longer for job to be done.
