I was let down by a tradesman at the last moment and I discovered EJ Property Services via mybuilder.com - and what a find. Eddie and Liam were throughly professional and both have an keen eye for detail. The craftsmanship is faultless and we were extremely impressed with their work ethic, cleanliness and workmanship. If you are looking at getting work done and/or in the process of getting a quote, make sure you drop Eddie a line before committing. Martin put a new oak handrail up for us today he also repaired 7 door handles that had all come loose having been on only one year. I am very pleased with the results.Martin was punctual, very polite and a tidy worker. He charged a very fair price and I would not hesitate to have him back should we need any further work done around the house.

Conversions - General- 7 Apr 2016
We hired Chris for our garage conversion, extension into car port and new kitchen. We chose Chris because of his friendly and positive outlook on the work, nothing seemed to be a problem and he was good value. The work took a little longer than planned but this was due to some unforseen circumstances. The job however has been completed to an EXCELLENT standard. Compared to some of the other builders we have had who are grumpy and rude, Chris and his tradesmen were fantastic and we always felt comfortable with them being in the house no matter if we were in or not.
