Extremely Unprofessional and Time-Wasting Builder – Avoid at All Costs! I am absolutely devastated by the unprofessionalism of Jack. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written in my life, but I feel compelled to warn others. He initially promised to start my project within a month, yet he wasted two months of my time with constant excuses and painfully slow responses. Despite my patience and understanding, his communication remained poor, and eventually, he just stopped responding altogether. I feel completely disrespected and let down. Being ignored after waiting for so long is beyond frustrating. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional builder. Experience from initial contact to completion was first rate. Some of the materials were difficult to purchase but they went a further mile to obtain. We wanted to make use of the courtyard space and create a small herb garden, the construction had to blend in /match with the brick work of the property.
