Carpenter showed-up on time both days and finished the work ahead of schedule. Nice people and dedicated carpenters. Before living, they cleaned-up all the area and left everything tidy. I would recommend Toptan Tota and would hire them again.

Had a great experience with Ivan. He installed a new worktop and appliances into my existing kitchen, including adjustments to the plumbing, and even helped out with some additional electrical work. Ivan was honest, easy to communicate with, and provided references from previous clients without hesitation, which gave me added confidence. The job was completed within the time promised, to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy on completion — would definitely recommend!

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I initially hired you to fix a leak, but the same issue reoccurred just a month later. When I contacted you, you said will go on a Monday and didnt turn up, when I sent you several messages after a week you said you were in the hospital, which I completely understood and respected. However, weeks later you promised to return on a Thursday to check the problem, and you never showed up or contacted me to explain. Since then, you’ve ignored my messages entirely. This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with ongoing issues in someone’s home.

Sonny was prompt and transparent in communication. He stopped by first to assess the job and ensure he was comfortable taking on the work required - installing a new light fixture in our dining room and a very complicated beading against our bottom step which had a rounded edge. He displayed some great carpentary skills on the installing of the beading on the edge with patience to make 15+ cuts to make the round shape complete. We needed some flexibility on scheduling and he was happy to accomodate. The day he came to complete the job he was well prepped and had a plan making the job go quite well. He even communicated throughout the job to ensure we had visibility on what he was planning and making sure it was aligned to our vision. Overall a positive experience and I would work with Sonny agai - in fact planning on using him for another job in the coming weeks.
