- Get in touchUpon meeting Dan for the first time it was clear he was different from all the other builders we had spoken too up to now, he was punctual, took the time to listen to our requests and warned us what wouldn’t be signed off and why (this was a first! ‘yep no problem’ up to now). Listening to Dan becoming engaged with our project and suggesting ideas from his wealth of knowledge was encouraging and made us both feel like we had found someone who we could work with. Within a few days we had an extensive quotation detailing all the main stages and a clear breakdown of the costs involved for each task, which significantly helped us budget for what we could and couldn’t afford. When the build started Dan kept us informed with frequent updates, meetings to discuss the next stage and the progress with building control. Walking into the house upon completion, it was such a relief to see a distinct lack of dust and then when we took in what we had been left with we were both smiling from ear to ear, after waiting and saving for so long to afford this work we can’t thank Dan and his team enough for what they have achieved. He has been producing detailed plans to submit to building control and has kindly recommended other professionals to ensure things progress smoothly. As a novice myself, his help and support has been invaluable. Luke always responds promptly to my emails (quite rare in the industry I have found unfortunately) and tries to explain things in layman's terms! Whilst my project and my dealings with Luke are not 100% complete yet, I would feel confident in recommending him for similar projects.
