If anybody wants a job done correctly please hire this man Marcus was exceptionally polite and responsive and no delays fabulous time keeping before the job had begun as I was unsure of things was communicating via text and he was happy to help all the way and reassurance was given to myself at all times left the job in Marcus’s hands and he did such a superb job and went out of his way to help with my living room design my slatted wall panels looks amazing and I couldn’t have picked a more brilliant person for the job can’t wait to work with Marcus on other projects around my mums home Thank you so much xxx

Ben and his team laid herringbone parquet flooring throughout the entire ground floor of my home, and I will wholeheartedly recommend him. He was very fast, finishing a day earlier than estimated, and did an amazing job. Ben was meticulous, paid great attention to detail, and fixed small details as he went that I didn't ask him to, like adding skirting beading to built in seating and fixing a kitchen plinth, just because he saw they needed done. The flooring is laid perfectly - you can see down the whole length of the house so any mistakes would show, and it is straight and perfectly even all the way. When there was an issue with my flooring delivery (half of the floorboards delivered were wrong), Ben flagged it up early, enabling me to get the issue rectified, and then was flexible enough to come back later in the week than he'd planned, and lay the rest of the flooring. Ben's team cleaned up after themselves every day, taking away waste, and sweeping the floor before they left. They asked me every day if I was happy or had any concerns they could answer. They were even great with my kids. I am very happy with my new flooring, and Ben and his team are skilled workers, at a great price.
