I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary today due to my complete satisfaction with the work done. As someone in management, I was impressed by the quick response and the updates, which were perfectly aligned with my needs. The engineer was brought in to fix a poor job from a previous contractor, and I was initially concerned about spending more money on yet another rogue trader; however, after closely monitoring the workshop, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the engineer not only completed the job but exceeded my expectations.
