I would highly recommend, Sandu. Not only he was able to complete the work in good time and demonstrating good value for money. He also, worked very neat and clean, he offered great support with choosing the door frames, handles and locks. As we are doing a fair bit of work and had quite a few contractors, we know it is hard to find someone reliable. Exceptional Professional - Highly Recommended for Fire Door Repairs! I am absolutely impressed with the service provided. I had a complex fire door issue (Ref: FRA report) involving specific gap requirements (2-4mm) and a faulty handle. From the start, the communication was clear and professional. Unlike other contractors who suggested expensive replacements, he was incredibly honest—he fixed my existing handle by replacing a missing part instead of charging me for a new one. This level of integrity is rare to find. He adjusted the hinges using fire-rated pads to ensure full compliance with building regulations. He also provided professional photos and a job report for my management company. Had a throughly positive experience with Dema Roofing, they boarded out my loft fixing a terrible job from another trader on my builder, they removed all boarding which had been incorrectly laid and refitted along with a new hatch. Further to this they also plaster boarded the ceilings and walls in my hallway to a very high standard, the guys were polite and kind and arrived on time - a pleasure to have in the house, highly recommend
