Morgan also did some other jobs for me which I was really pleased with (covering pipes in kitchen, putting in a cornice, doing flooring and shelves for old airing cupboard). He did well to put in a wood surround for the gate and, when I wanted him to do something different in terms of the lock, he was very flexible and came back and did this despite the rain and wind.

Davey was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about his trade. When he came over to work out the quote he took lots of details and subsequently came back with an accurate price which he stuck to pending a few changes I requested part way through. He was accommodating regarding days to do the work as was able to fit around my timetable of availability and pretty much kept to the schedule he originally stated. The work was for solid oak work tops, acrylic splashbacks and a stainless steel hob splashback - all were fitted to a really good standard. Would recommend Davey to anyone else considering similar work.

Job was to fit a new bathroom. Said job would be finished August 16th actual date completed September 30th. I had booked a painter based on the original finish date provided. Painter could not start as the project was nowhere near completed. I had to pay the painter even though he couldn't start. CRK were aware I was working to a deadline to have the property ready but he told the painter "it will be done when its done" which in reality meant 45 days after original agreed finish date. He also used our under counter fridge and freezer as a workbench. The quality of the work (SINK LEAKED) and the finish was nothing short of a disgrace. Complained and he did come back, to "fix" things that should have never been left in such a state in the first place. Avoid at all costs absolutely no pride in his work, and gets quite indignant when his shortcomings as a "tradesman" are pointed out, Took no responsibility.

Jordan arrived on time and assessed what he needed to do. Unfortunately due to the holes and hinges on the back of the door not being able to line up with the brackets on the front of the washing machine, Jordan was unable to fix that part of the job. He was able to cut the plinth to fit under the units and is waiting for me to source a new door to allow Jordan to return and cut new holes, fit the hinges so the door can close on the washing machine.
